HORIZONTAL SAND MILL

A Horizontal Sand Mill also called Bead Mill, is used to crush the material into fine particles. Sand Mills can be used for many different purposes and can also create various components during the crushing process. 

Industrial bead mill is widely applied for production of material with high solid content and viscosity or solvent-based/oil-based material.

Applications  

It has been used in production of Pesticide (water-based, solvent-based SC), Coatings, Dyes, Inks, Photosensitive Material, Medicine, Lithium Battery, Nano New Material, Carbon Nanotubes, Cosmetics, Graphere etc                                           

Advantages of a Sand Mill

1. Independent mechanical seal system, free from the influence of equipment vibration or main shaft torque changing. Outer flow type mechanical seal , avoiding the potential pollution to the material.

2. Multiple cooling method in outer barrel cooling coil made of high heat transmission material, mechanical seal cooling, bearing cooling, to control the material temperature better.

3. Special designed Reflection Cage, avoid material blocking during flow inside barrel; A Circle Sieve with tiny gap for filter, it has longer shelf-life and easy to clean up.

* Fast connection pipes, easy for dismantle and assembly. 

* Input filter, to avoid the pump stuck due to impurity in material.
